My appetite usually decreases when I'm not working out so it makes it easier not to snack, unless I'm bored, lol, so try not to get bored! I like oatmeal for breakfast and if you can have fruit, try it with blueberries :p Also for the salad use olive oil and balsamic vinegar with ground pepper, it tastes really good and it is healthy, just don't put too much olive oil on because it has 120 calories per tblsp. Ekk!!
