It's time for a giveaway!
I have been waiting to do this one for a few weeks now. We have all been looking for ways to help and honor those who lost so much on April 15, 2013.
By now, we have all run for Boston and continue to do so. And we have donated or purchased something with the funds going to The One Fund.
One of the things that I love is the Boston Shubeez. As an affiliate for the Shubeez company, this was the perfect way to raise money for a cause that is near to my heart. All proceeds go to The One Fund and affiliates do not get credit. Very cool!
If you have already ordered, than thank you. If not, then here is your chance to win one and wear it proudly!
There will be two winners for this one. And here is what they look like. One ribbon and one 26.2 is up for grabs. I can't guarantee which one you will receive but feel free to tell me if you prefer one to the other.
Cute, right?
Use the very easy Rafflecopter at the bottom of this post to enter. It will run for a week. Good luck!
If you haven't checked out the Shubeez site yet, than hop on over and see what they are all about. If you decide to order any of the non Boston ones, than I hope you will chose Running While Mommy as your affiliate.

a Rafflecopter giveaway
I have run 5 times 1998, 2001, 2004, 2007, 2006. I had a string of no BQ years and qualified in Dallas in December for 2014. I was planning to pass but I may run if they open up the field more (otherwise I will give others a chance!)
ReplyDeleteI'm not up to marathon distance just yet. Maybe one day I will be to the distance and speed needed to qualify. I am training for a 21 mile run this fall though. So, eventually....
ReplyDeleteI'm taking the full marathon plunge this December. Boston is just a little too far out of reach for someone at my level just now. Maybe one day, but for now, I'm happy with my half marathons and relays.
ReplyDeleteIt's on my bucket list... I'd so love to be able to qualify someday!
ReplyDeleteI have run twice 2011, 2012 and at the last minute decided not to regsiter for 2013. Have my BQ time and planning on 2014 :)
ReplyDeleteI am a turtle and OK with it I will never qualify for Boston but I will watch it every year :)
ReplyDeleteVery far off bucket list, I'd have to knock a lot of time off my marathon.
ReplyDeleteI am a newbie runner, so it is not even on my bucket list - yet!
ReplyDeleteNot on my bucket list just yet. Need to complete a marathon first! : )
ReplyDeleteI'm not in it's league! I like my Half marathons, have done 1 marathon - Chicago last year but no plans to repeat, let along improve my time by like 30%!!!
ReplyDeleteNever heard of Shubeez before - love them - very cute, yet subtle!
Boston is not even on my radar. I am at the 5K level...for right now :)
ReplyDeleteI used to say that "never in a million years will I ever qualify for boston", but in a far off land where injuries don't occur and my endurance becomes superhuman-like,...you just never know. I never thought in a million years I'd be running 3 miles as a "quick weekday run" or be able to go for 10 or 13.1 miles, either. If running has taught me anything, it's that you really CAN surprise yourself. so probably not gonna happen, but let's take "never" off the table, just in case.
ReplyDeleteI doubt I'll ever qualify, but one day, I'll at least run A marathon. :)
ReplyDeleteNever run Boston and don't know if I could ever qualify though I would love to run it.
ReplyDeleteI BQ'd in 2009 and ran Boston in 2010. It was outstanding!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'll ever be fast enough to qualify for Boston. While it would be awesome, I will not get there unless I choose a charity and raise money for it!
